I call myself “The Scala Team,” even though I am only one person, with a special Transaction Manager, Christine Neupert. We work with the top real estate firm in Central New York--Hunt Real Estate ERA, in Hunt's "Office of the Year"--the Manlius office. My “Team” consists of all the services we offer at HUNT--mortgages, Net Work Title, insurance, senior specialists--and the ERA promise that, “If your house doesn’t sell, we will buy it.” (This, of course, is only if your home fits certain criteria.) I am ready, willing and able to offer you the very best of my service, my integrity and my knowledge. I provide all your needs in “one stop shopping.”
How did I gain the knowledge to market and sell your home? And what do I do that another agent might not do?
First, I have been a writer for most of my life, and my descriptions of your home will make it stand out among the many other homes on the market. In addition, my photographs are carefully created and edited to make your home “pop”--and I have won photo contests and been in exhibitions of photography. Then I take my descriptions and my photos and MARKET your home on all social media sites. I take marketing very seriously. If a home isn’t marketed, it isn’t seen! We at HUNT create a webpage for your home, visual tours, e-marketing flyers and paper flyers. We boost your home on ALL the real estate internet sites.
Next, I have extensive knowledge of the financial aspects of home selling and buying, and a keen understanding of the way financial markets affect the value of homes. How did I get this? I was a Vice-President, financial advisor at Merrill Lynch for 27 years.
I also know the community in which we live. I’m on the Board of Fayetteville Senior Center, and I have been on the Boards of CRIS, Syracuse Opera, Unity Church--and have been active in many other organizations, including Stone Quarry Hill Art Park in Cazenovia and Interfaith Works in Syracuse.
What else? Well, how about this: 75% of my listings sold within the first week--for the past two years!
Like all this? Let’s talk about YOUR home!
