I believe Real Estate sales is a SERVICE business. Everything I do is geared towards exceeding my client’s expectations. I measure my success in terms of the number of clients I have made “fans for life”. Fully 95% of my past clients have referred family, friends or coworkers to me for their real estate needs.

I have been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker since college. My 35 years of experience result in a high level of expertise in the local real estate market. I work well with other real estate professionals and am well respected in the industry.

I live in Fairport with my wife Ann, and our son, Wally. We have a grown daughter, Sara, who also lives in the Rochester area.
