Real Estate Branch Manager

As a Branch Director, you will provide leadership and direction to real estate sales professionals as well as manage the day-to-day functions of the branch.


Job Responsibilities

  • Create a high-performance sales culture
  • Recruit and develop real estate sales professionals for the branch
  • Together with the Regional Vice President and the CFO, develop monthly and annual listing inventory, unit and sales volume and SCSL goals
  • Educate sales professionals and staff on, and enforce all corporate policies and procedures, Local MLS Rules, National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and State License Regulations
  • Monitor and manage all Branch leads and other inbound prospect activity
  • Maintain the Branch physical plant and grounds according to Company standard
  • Maintain appropriate staffing during normal hours of operation
  • Develop and implement promotions and Branch team-building events


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in real estate sales or a field related to the real estate business (e.g. mortgage, insurance, banking, relocation)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred
  • Associate Broker License required
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership and human relations abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement plans to achieve monthly and annual objectives
  • Ability and eagerness to work in and promote a team environment

Administrative Assistant


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and branch director
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Sort, distribute and post mail for outgoing delivery
  • Assist agents with setting up and maintaining listing inventory in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Filing, report generation, correspondence preparation
  • Assist with agent orientation
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years administrative/office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google platform, social media, internet
  • Proficiency with current office equipment (copier/printer, fax, computer, cell phone)
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 15 pounds
