Stephen P. Fitzmaurice is the CEO and co-property manager for Seneca One Realty LLC. Mr. Fitzmaurice has worked in commercial real estate and the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, concentrating in the areas of leasing, operations, restoration/renovation, and energy management.

Our HUNT ERA Wheatfield branch is moving to a new location soon, and the office held a groundbreaking ceremony in the rain on August 26th, 2013 to kick off the new location’s build. Like many of our other offices across Buffalo and Niagara counties, the new Wheatfield facility will be outfitted with the latest in technology and design features to service an active community of buyers and sellers.

All of our HUNT Real Estate ERA Columbus Division’s branch offices will be participating in a massive Open House Event on Wednesday, September 18th. Close to 70 of the company’s listings will be held open to the public on that day from 11:30am-1pm and from 4:30-6:00pm. “At a recent office meeting, the idea to think outside the box and do something different with our open houses came up, especially now that Football is on Sundays! The ‘Hump Day Open House’ idea was born, and we reacted quickly to get it organized.
