HUNT Real Estate ERA was recently bestowed multiple awards at the 2013 Cartus Broker Network International Conference, held February 27-March 2 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. HUNT was honored with the 2013 Eagle Award from the USAA MoversAdvantage® program, for outstanding performance provided to USAA members in their Buffalo Region. USAA MoversAdvantage® is a real estate relocation services program, for which HUNT Real Estate ERA is a valued service provider.
“The team at HUNT Real Estate ERA consistently demonstrates their commitment to providing excellent customer experience to USAA members. We applaud their achievements and thank the firm for meeting the real estate needs of our membership,” said C.B. Starks, III; Executive Director Member Relocation Services of USAA Relocation Services Inc.
“It is extremely difficult to perform at the high level demonstrated by our Relocation Department staff, led by Mary Croglio, year in and year out. But somehow, with the support of our sales agents and leadership team, they do. To be recognized in these ways again in 2013 is a great honor. We greatly value our long-standing relationship with our broker affiliates and everyone at Cartus and USAA,” said Peter F. Hunt, Chairman and CEO of HUNT Real Estate Corporation.
Part of USAA’s Home Circle™, a one-stop shop to find, buy, sell, rent, finance, and insure a home, MoversAdvantage® provides a nationwide network of real estate professionals trained to understand the unique needs of USAA members, especially members of the military going through a Permanent Change of Station (PCS). The USAA MoversAdvantage® program gives members up to $3,100 back when they buy and sell their home through the program and has paid cash bonuses of more than $301 million to members who used the service since its inception in 1992. Through the program, more than 375,000 USAA members bought or sold a home. For more than 20 years, USAA Relocation Services Inc. has enjoyed a successful relationship with Cartus and its network of real estate brokers and agents. During that time, the USAA MoversAdvantage® program has helped members transact more than $81 billion in real estate sales nationwide.
HUNT Real Estate ERA’s Buffalo Region also received the Platinum Award and the Cartus Five Star Award from the Cartus Broker Network at the recent International Conference. Platinum Award recognition is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals including customer service, cost management, and effective analysis and marketing of homes. Platinum Award recipients represent the top 10 percent of firms in the Principal Network. The Five Star Award recognizes brokers who have met or exceeded their individual objectives for outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings during the calendar year.
HUNT ERA has been the recipient of numerous industry awards and recognitions over the years. Cartus Mobility, the nation’s leading relocation management firm, has honored HUNT with the “Mobility Cup” in 1998 and the Cartus “Masters Cup” in 2001, 2003, 2006, 2009 and 2011. These highly coveted awards are generally considered the highest honors in the real estate relocation industry. HUNT is the only broker in the Cartus network to win the “Masters Cup” five times, and the Mobility Cup is an honor bestowed upon a company only once.
