Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
I was raised in a working class family in South Troy in a home built by my great-grandfather, as the fourth generation in that house, my roots run deep in the Capital District. Real estate and construction have always interested me, so I began my search for investment properties, which ultimately led to getting my real estate license. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. I love what I do and I put all my energy into it.
My first priority is to ask questions and listen to fully understand your expectations. Once I’m confident I understand your expectations, I get to work, bringing my energy, enthusiasm, determination and knowledge to either find you the perfect home or to sell your home quickly, at the best possible price with the least amount of hassles. Behind me is an outstanding team of agents, inside sales support and one of the areas most experienced and knowledgeable Brokers. You probably have a Doctor, Attorney and Accountant, I welcome the opportunity to become, your Realtor!
When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, running, biking, and the occasional obstacle course run (Battlefrog, Spartan). My wife of 25 years and I, can usually be found at garage and estate sales and we treasure time with our three grown children. We are very involved in our church and serve on our Disaster Assistance Team (DAT), which provides home repair and rebuilding after catastrophic events like Hurricane Irene, Sandy and most recently Hurricane Matthew in South Carolina.
