My husband, Lee and I have recently moved to the Historic Ten Broeck neighborhood in downtown Albany near the Palace Theater. We purchased a foreclosure with an FHA 203(k) mortgage loan and are enjoying the process of restoring our 1870 townhouse to its former glory. We feel very fortunate to have found our home in a city which offers neighborhoods with character and tradition, abundant arts and cultural offerings, diversity, as well as a rich history. We enjoy being surrounded by beautiful parks and vast nature.
Prior to entering real estate, I pursued my carrier as an attorney. After purchasing my first home, I became increasingly interested helping other people through this important life event. My own experience has taught me that buying or selling a home can be at times a stressful and, perhaps, a challenging experience. Having the right agent at your side, working on your behalf, can make a world of difference.
I deeply believe that industry standards in real estate should not simply be met, but exceeded at each and every step of the real estate transaction in order to make buying or selling your home a positive, easy, rewarding, and profitable experience.
Feel most welcome to contact me directly, and I look forward to working with you!
