I grew up in a small farming community of Gasport, New York where I spent my days playing baseball and riding bikes. I attended Royalton Hartland Central School where my focus was in music. I played trumpet, drums and guitar. I attended both County and Allstate festivals in Band and Chorus and was elected Music Council President. I attended Bryant & Stratton College and received my Associates Degree in Marketing and Business management. I worked in management locally and then an opportunity arose that a young man just couldn't pass up. After meeting with my friend Steve and hearing his plan, I decided to tag along. The following Monday my car was packed and heading to Las Vegas. My enthusiasm was not shared by my mom. I went to school and worked in the casino business for ten years as a dealer and supervisor. While in Las Vegas I received my real estate license and sold for ERA. In 1992 I moved back to Gasport to be closer to family. I transferred my real estate license and sold for Hunt Real Estate. While continuing to work for Hunt I formed E&M Properties and became an independent dealer for Barden Homes in new build construction. In this way, I could better serve my clients in all of their real estate needs. During my years in real estate I have trained and specialized as a buyer's agent and in residential apartment management. I have met many wonderful people during my 20+ years of providing quality real estate services and building homes. I'm fortunate to share this great ride with my beautiful wife Jolynda, her children Nick and Anna and my talented daughter Makenna.
