Colette Rosati bought her first home in Denver at age 21 while working as a Nurse from 3-11 PM. She has been interested, purchased & sold or leased real estate ever since.

Born in Michigan, she moved to Arizona more than 30 years ago after meeting and marrying her husband. The Rosati's have two young adult children. Colette advocates buying a home for your college student and charging rent to the roommates. She's done this for both of her children. She has a Master's in Business Administration. She obtained her AZ real estate license 26 years ago and also now is a Associate Real Estate Broker.

Colette likes buying property in CASH & can show you how to find short term or bridge money to do so.

Colette has bought and sold properties in cash in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Flagstaff &  Tucson. Michigan. She then refinances them at a later date.

The Rosati family members have volunteered for  the Canine Companions For Independence, Arizona School Choice Trust, and the Crisis Pregnancy Center, ASU South African Exchange Student program. They have gone on medical missions trips to Mexico (twice) and the Ukraine.
